I had a great experience at Coach Twelve Oaks Mall thanks to Thomas. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. His product knowledge was impressive, and he made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. He also wrapped everything beautifully, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him!
Shout out to sales associate Tony at Coach for his outstanding service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and extra attention to detail are truly unmatched. The level of customer service he provides is honestly worth me skipping the Somerset location just to come to this one instead. Tony goes out of his way to make the shopping experience exceptional. Great work!
Tina was great to work with! She was patient, personable, easy to talk to, and made our whole shopping trip feel smooth and personalized. She had the perfect balance of being helpful without overdoing it. We really appreciated her energy and kindness!
