Thomas is absolutely amazing, he helped me find the right size shoe I needed, even let me in on a small secret product coming in soon and let me try a few different pairs of shoes on. Super attentive, and so beyond kind! Will definitely be back.
Super customer service and attention to detail
Very friendly staff every time I go in the store or call! They try to accommodate me with whatever problem I may have and I appreciate it!! Some retail stores won’t with the amount of money you spend.
I walk into the store to be meet with a worker to ask about their coach create program, when I said that I bought it at an outlet store he looked at me in disgust like I was lesser for buying it at basically the same store. I bought a 400 dollar premium bag from Coach and that should be it, now I get it’s a policy that they may have, but what image does this send people, you can spend your money on your expensive products at a Coach outlet store but you are not considered as high end as a Coach retail store , this does not s... read more
This store has AMAZING customer service! I really did not want to write a review so I can gatekeep this awesome store! I have never visited this location in person Savannah is so responsive and respectful. And somehow they ALWAYS come through for me! Keep up the great work! And thank goodness for pay by links! 🤣
