I’ve been searching for a Dakota in leather since march 18. No one at this store has even tried to help me I went to the store and they treated me like I was maybe too poor or because I was a guy they didn’t even try to find one for me. I had a very disappointing experience at the Coach store at Fashion Mall at Keystone on April 7. I entered the store around 7:54 PM, just before closing, and completed a purchase of $588 for a Coach Tabby bag within a few minutes. If the store was unable or unwilling to assist customers close to closing, that should have been communicated at the entrance.
