I had a very disappointing experience at the Coach store at Fashion Mall at Keystone on April 7. I entered the store around 7:54 PM, just before closing, and completed a purchase of $588 for a Coach Tabby bag within a few minutes. If the store was unable or unwilling to assist customers close to closing, that should have been communicated at the entrance. Coach as a company is great! However this location completely ruined my shopping experience and I will never give them my business again. I opted to purchase a new bag online, due to the possibility of it selling out in stores before I could buy it in person. I contacted a sales associate for this store and let them know this info but also informed them that I still intended on purchasing a few hang tags.
