Skyler was amazing, but not for retail shopping. Dropped my purse off for complimentary cleaning service on 07/06. They said it would take about an hour to clean, but to asked us to allow 24 hours before calling. They also said they would call me when it was finished. I called several times throughout the next almost two weeks and every time I called I was assured they were still working on my purse and that they would call me when it was ready.
