Dropped my purse off for complimentary cleaning service on 07/06. They said it would take about an hour to clean, but to asked us to allow 24 hours before calling. They also said they would call me when it was finished. I called several times throughout the next almost two weeks and every time I called I was assured they were still working on my purse and that they would call me when it was ready. For two or three years I've dealt with this store miles away from me. Matthew was patient and helpful and I have purchased two bags with Angela who truly is caring, patient and wants to get your order right. She makes the experience positive and your order is shipped promptly and accurately. Thanks Tulsa store!!!!!
