3/5/20: Assistant store manager Junice Angeles was wonderful! I had bought the Coach Signature Shearling coat & the blue wool & shearling aviator coat with 10% off. Then I saw them on a 30% off sale. I called the 800 #, & Jackie helped me by calling Junice, who happened to remember me when I was in the store the week earlier. I brought my coats & receipts to the store, & Junice made the price adjustments. She also gave me champagne, sparkling water, & macaroons. Bad customer service. I was trying to place a phone order, but they said they do not have time. If I wanna buy the handbag, I have to come to store.
They told me that an item bought online during the Covid19 period could not be returned after 30 days of purchase. This was not true. The official Coach website clearly states that the return period was extended till June 30th.
