The initial guy that came out was friendly enough. I talked to him about being worried that AHS sent out a small company and not Sears and expressed my concern that small companies try to charge 'disposal fees' and crazy prices on refrigerant. I retrofit my systems several years ago to 407C from R22. He said not to worry, that Co-Z Air never does that stuff, and would rather have a customer for life than to pull scam charges. Guess what. He seemed to be in a rush and didn't even act like I was a customer. Very rude and disrespectful not only to me but his employee that was with him. Work done was ok but was far from professional.
