Walked in and was greeted with a lovely lady named Amber who gave me a VERY easy time of acceptance to make the process smooth and then Jordan took over and within a very short time I was on my way with perfect assurance that I was adequately covered.

We were trying to pickup a rental car from hertz which was supposedly arranged by the to be billed directly to cooperators, after spending in excess of two hours with Hertz agent in Saskatoon trying to get the rental organized the adjuster, they finally started the rental as a one day rental which I paid for on my credit card and they were going to try and get everything resolved with cooperators IT and Hertz IT Prior to this feasco everything was being handled promptly and efficiently.
