Scam, They automatically reinstated my policy without consent and then cancelled it to add a cancellation to my record and prevent me from seeking other providers. They also did this to a driver on my policy that had nothing to do with the policy. He now cant get insurance and its nothing he even did I personally believe they do this intentionally and id steer clear of this place *I emailed the address in the generic copy/paste response they posted below. Will update when resolved or not.
This place was good like a year ago but now its frustrating to deal with them. They had me on hold for 6 hours just to get auto and tenant insurance. I would prefer to AMA OR BROKERLINK guys. Its easy and all time available.

The customer service has become absolutely terrible with these guys. Done business with them in the past was great. Called for quote on auto insurance, left on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back and was told I had to wait on hold for at lest 2 to 4 hours just for quote. Absolutely ridiculous.
