I visited Co-operators yesterday to discuss my insurance options since I won’t be driving for a month. I went in with genuine questions, hoping to understand if I could temporarily adjust or cut down on certain parts of my coverage, like collision. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I recently called to cancel some home insurance I had because I moved in with family again, when the lady asked me if I wanted to transfer it to my new home— I said no, and she laughed at me. I felt so confused as to why she felt the need to do that. You don’t know everyone’s situation. I don’t have issues with my outcome, I got what I needed, I just have issues with the way I was treated.
