I did my insurance with Philip but he didn’t tell me the full information I did an accident and now I’m paying for my rental car
Unacceptable practice. I was charged extra money without any prior notice or explanation. No email, no call, nothing. When I contacted customer service, I didn’t get a clear or satisfactory answer. This lack of transparency is frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Co-operators Insurance based on this experience
They are a terrible insurance company. I did an insurance quote through brokerage and co-operators was ripping me off for years.
DANGER!! Terrible home and auto insurance providers. Initially they will give a good rate for home and auto insurance but will quickly increase your rates at renewal. My home policy went up 40%, and my auto went up 23% this year. I had no claims on either policy.
