Home insurance went up, I found a cheaper place. I gave my notice to stop the home insurance, and yet they still took payment and is now giving me a hard time getting my money back.
the other reviews seem older, from before they moved out of belle river. Trust that the home branch is practically impossible to get ahold of. When you do hear back from them its thru registered mail. As well as, after a payment is made over the phone or online with a company support agent outside of the deters home branch, they likely aren't on the same page and policy has to get renegotiated and payments receipted/confirmed again.
