Switch from a different co-operators office thinking this office will be different but it's actually the same or worst. Business insurance is ok, but when it's time to talk to someone they give me all the time around and can't answer questions, much less return a call (this situation happened about 8 months ago) Now my vehicle insurance just increased- with for no absolute reason, without even being notified. Had an absolutely awesome experience with Amber and Leanne today! Amber literally saved me hundreds of dollars with her knowledge and expertise and the ways she was able to explain how my policy worked. She was incredibly understanding and humane about things that were stressing me out. Leanne followed up to wrap things up very quickly and went above and beyond to explain and check on things for me. Will go back to them and would definitely recommend!
Dealt with Sandy, who was incredible. Made the experience as painless as possible with clear, prompt communication. After 3-4 emails, we got a good rate and everything was setup in a day. Would highly recommend!
I had been dealing with this firm for over ten years. Most responsive and efficient office out there. Excellent five star operator in every way.
Switched companies after getting a phone call saying the person who set up my insurance gave me a wrong price and they have no choice but to change it. The lady pretty much accused me for lying so I had to tell her she better go back to the emails I’ve sent to show I didn’t lie about any information given. Absolutely terrible customer service. I tell everyone to avoid using Co-operators Insurance.
