Following an extremely frustrating experience with my assigned Co-operators agent, who was unresponsive to both emails and phone calls, I reached out to this office with a simple request. Diane responded within minutes. She was super friendly and polite, and she went above and beyond to help me, even though the matter was my own agent's responsibility. I am super grateful for her assistance.

My overall experience with this Co-operators location has been extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I feel it’s important to share everything that happened so others are aware. Right from the beginning, the customer service here was poor. When I first set up my insurance policy, the phone interactions I received were unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.
