Premiums only increase every year most expensive insurance in town
I have been a cooperators customer since 2019 and today I had a horrible experience with lady named Manu Dua. I am guy who doesn't put reviews very often but experience today is making me do it. Irony is whenever I have been calling Cooperators they always ask me if I have tenant/home insurance and would like to bundle with my auto. I never thought of getting one so I always refused. They are the worst company I have had displeasure of interacted with. They don't work for you. They want your money and they'll make any excuse to get it. I was in an accident not my fault and still had to pay out of pocket. They don't communicate any updates. I can't wait to leave these people TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!! TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!
