Been with Co-operators since 95-96, so 30 years. I've dealt with Dawn Martin over the years. I've stayed obviously as there's been no big issues in general, or obviously I would have changed decades ago. However, last June 2024 an accident occurred, and im speechless as to how this has been handled by so many adjusters and is still ongoing. Left with no cell phone, glasses, physio, massage, all mentioned from the beginning.
