Horrible customer service not being able to deal in person only by phone and after abiding by all the requirements ie appraisal and converting documents to pdf . They then said no able to cover us due to the value of our 1974 vw westfalia bus being to high . Dont call CATHERINE (CAT) DOUGLAS at the barrie office. unwilling to offer any assistance. Unwilling to scan our documents as it would cut into lunch. Lol
