Co-operators has been the most disappointing insurance experience I've had. They refused to renew my auto policy under the false claim that I was "at fault" in a past accident. The truth? The accident was officially classified as 50/50 — and even that outcome was only due to their weak representation, lack of negotiation, and total disregard for defending their clients. Does not answer calls, automatically goes to the corperation, no one here answers the phone. Very disgusted that a customer for over 70 years has their rate over double after they, the company, did not change the name on the insurance after the death of one of them and now with a new vehicle purchased to replace a written off vehicle is told it must be a new policy and only receive $122 discount for all their loyalty. I wish I could give -1 for these people for following reasons 1) Office being almost always closed 2) No response/callback/followup for any voice message whatsoever 3) The time they're in, they don't want to service any clients, don't wanna process any claim, don't wanna answer any queries, they don't wanna pay out for processed claims, nothing. Basically all they need is your monthly payments to fill their pockets & they don't care whatever happens to you. They'd just ask you to screw yourself. I wonder why in the holy moth... read more
