I was a client of Co operators about 9 months ago. I moved out of the country and just got back. They changed their policy where you can't walkin to get auto insurance and you have to call. This is my second day of trying to get through. Been on hold for 3 hours and 28 mins on Friday and couldn't get through. Now I've been on hold over 2 hours and still waiting. Has anyone gotten through? Does cooperators don't want new clients? This is ridiculous!!
Company does not care for their customers. Just the money they can get from their customers. Part 2. Not even a customer with cooperators anymore. No active policy and they’re still finding ways to take my money. Stay away if possible.

Wasted 4h on the queue just to try to get a quote. Next day I called right 9:00am sharp when they open, same problem. I would give 0 stars if I could.
