Came to the office for assistance on my insurance policy. Met with a paper on the door saying they don’t allow walk ins, contacted the number which was a general support line. It did not transfer me to the Kingston branch. Heard a Bluetooth speaker connect and play music while I’m outside the doors seeking assistance. Very unprofessional service; poor experience.
I have called the office a couple of times just for information regarding insurance for both my home, trailer and vehicles as I am moving to Kingston in a few months from BC. There is a young lady at the office named Jess that has been more than helpful with my annoying questions. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and is always happy to help me out with anything I need. I will be joining Cooperators at the end of the summer because of her! Thank you!
