Terrible customer service… the worst I have ever had. Cooperators insurance is NOT cooperative at all. If you miss a payment, it is withdrawn again SEVEN days later, NO PHONE CALLS, NO adjusting to customer needs. ALL THEY REPEAT IS THEY HAVE IT IN THE SMALL PRINT IN THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORK. If your an Albertan looking for insurance. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
