I was a loyal customer for over three years, and this is how I was treated. Instead of valuing my loyalty, they kept increasing my premium. When I decided to cancel because I didn’t want to pay even more, they charged me a $50 cancellation fee and still tried to charge me for the billing period after I cancelled.
