Madelyne Gundy was extremely helpful in setting up a multi-line policy for my tenants insurance and my car. She explained some coverages I didn't understand and ran multiple quotes for me to help compare prices
They just increased $30 on my monthly insurance premium for just moving from east to west end of Guelph. They give you no justification and keep saying it is because of postal code change.
Dismissive and unpleasant. Not forthcoming with customers. Definitely would not recommend.
