I received very poor service. I requested a quote for my car insurance twice, but never got a response. The third time, I went in person, and they told me they didn’t have time to help. The employees were just chatting among themselves.

I have my car insurance policy with them and have visited their office three times. Each time, I had a great experience with all the staff. I haven't had any experience with their claims service yet, but their customer service has been excellent so far. In particular, the senior lady who provides quotes and car insurance information inside the office is very kind and patient. She listens carefully to all questions and answers them thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place.
