Alerts to riders: they refused to insure me for an aftermarket AIR FILTER, which they see as a “performance modification”, lmao. You could imagine how they would pick on you in case of actual accidents.
Insane turnover lately. Not sure if under new management or what. Not convenient to make changes anymore.
I noticed that there was still damage caused by the accident after I picked up my vehicle from getting repairs. I called my adjustor, Paul, who refused to fix this damage, and he very unhelpfully suggested I open a new claim, whilst my original claim is still open. This was presumably to get me to pay the deductible. Not surprising behavior from an insurance company, but disappointing nonetheless. I would not suggest this company, but if you are unfortunately stuck with them, I recommend avoiding Paul.
Terrific bunch of people to work with. I've had my auto and house insurance with them for many years, and their knowledge has helped me through a number of incidents. They work hard to get you the most economical coverages while advising on which items should be included in a policy. They are generous with their time when you have questions. Great group!
