Excellent professionals, I recommend
I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. After being a customer for two years, my insurance premium was unexpectedly increased by 50%, with no clear explanation other than a claim that an agent had previously entered incorrect information. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I recommend others to thoroughly review their options before engaging with this provider.
They increased my premium insurance price without any valid reason or prior notice. On top of that, they removed a car from my policy without my authorization, and now I’m being charged an extra $100 because of it. The communication has been awful. As soon as my term is up, I will be cancelling both of my insurance policies. Extremely disappointed.
During my first year with them, I had nothing to complain about. The agents were very attentive and always looking for the best option. However, in April of this year, the price of my policy increased by over 50% without any prior notice. They said they sent a letter, but I never received it. No voicemail or email either. They simply withdrew the higher amount from my account. They increase the price (almost the double) with no explanation. Very hard to cancel the policy, sent a lot of emails. Also they always asked to call to another number. So... a bad communication... Also when I was cancelling the policy I discover that I had a home insurance that I never asked, only asked for car insurance, I even don't have a home.
