Since 2014 we have had our home and auto Insurance through Byrne. The staff has always been very helpful and efficient. Tracey, Kerry and lately, Riley have really helped us. Riley is attentive and he makes sure that we get answers.
I’ve been with Co-operators Byrne Insurance Agency for a couple of years now, and they have been absolutely great! When I first started, I dealt with Lorianne—she was awesome and made everything so easy. Now, I work with Riley, and I have to say, Riley is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. Truly an asset to The Co-operators and to the agency. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend! 5 Stars to whole team !
Blown away at how bad the experience was. I have had home and auto with Co-operators for years. I tried to get a commercial policy for a business vehicle, I was strung along with no answer for weeks. My point of contact never returned a single phone call after multiple requests, the Friday before the Monday I was supposed to pick up the vehicle she told me they can’t insure it… for reasons about my profession I shared multiple times. This has been the worst experience, I’ll be moving all my insurance to another company.
My auto insurance provider never notifies me when it’s about to expire. Every time I contact them, I end up speaking to a different person, and all they do is try to increase the price—it’s ridiculous
Recently just purchased a car and Lorianne was the one helping us with the entire process. She is very knowledgable, considerate, and answers email promptly which made the entire process stress free. Definitely recommend!
