Every year I get a new problem. Former car's VIN on my insurance, old and new apartments being noted and paid for, wrong address on car papers, no one at the office picks up the phone. No accountability, no competency. Cooperators has been great to deal with overall but whoever runs this office is never helpful and consistently makes mistakes.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Please go somewhere else that Brian guy have real attitude problems
I'm existing customer been trying to make some changes on my policy,just because it's close to the renewal date they not answering my calls they put you on hold and then,all of a sudden line drops !!!!!!! It's my 7th attempt now. and they won't let u go to another co-operators brokers as an conflict of interest as other brokers willing to help
