Walked in Monday morning to this office after being on the phone with an agent who told me to come to this branch and speak with an agent because my matter was urgent. Spoke with the Shea and she forwarded me to Chazz's website to fill out and application, and said he would be in touch shortly. He was sitting right behind her. Hours go by, no call. We're moving and require information from my insurer. Called May 9th left message. No return call all week. Called again Friday morning and had to "press for claims" to get a live person who then transferred me to the "insurance department ". This gentleman would email the questions I needed to answer. That was at noon Friday and by 3 o'clock it had not arrived. Called again and through the same process ended up in Moncton.
