Absolutely the worst/disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced from a business I have patronized for 33 years. The Co-operators desided to withdraw their homeowners insurance coverage after the above mentioned length of a business relationship due to the age of my property roof. They did not offer to work with me in any capacity to resolve this issue even though I haven't had any claims in all the time I have been a client. 33 years of customer loyalty was dismissed by a stroke of a pen. I have been dealing with Bethany along with her son Josh for 4-5 years. Always professional, and dedicated to their client to ensure you understand the chaotic and sometime confusing nature of home insurance policy doe s and doesn’t coverages if that makes sense. Also the disappearing deductible is great! No claim, your deductible drops year to year.
Josh is wonderful to deal with and very precise with the insurance for my business, I feel well taken care of and I know that when I make a call, he answers. Highly recommend to other business owners
