I am very disappointed with my experience with The Co-operators. My car insurance policy ended on May 29, 2026, but I was charged again because the policy was automatically renewed. I was not properly informed about the renewal by email or any other notice. When I contacted them, I was told that I could cancel the policy, but I would not get my money back and there would be a $412 cancellation fee. bad experience totally uneducated staff no knowledge about anything i visited because of car insurance and she ask me how u come here i said i use my friend car and she say u can’t drive without insurance i said i have g license and its not my its friend but after finish interview she came and make bad face while looking me its too much and when we discuss regarding insurance she did not listen me proberly what i said even she did not know how to open my file in computer then someone come and help her she is old white lady h... read more
