I am updating my previous review. The interim office manager at Co-op Power was helpful in resolving my issue. Thank you.
I did not receive a bill from Coop Power from September 2021 through March 6, 2023. After many unsuccessful attempts to contact their customer service to bring my account up to date, I finally hand delivered my cancellation letter to the office on Nonotuck St. in Northampton. To date they have not replied to my cancellation letter in writing. Ultimately, I will have to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue. I strongly suggest not doing business with Coop Power.
Company’s trash the owner is a scammer and has gotten into trouble before for stealing money they also are very unprofessional and don’t know how to handle tense situations hey use to have a place in Boston one guy got shot one quit and went to the competition one got fired because he took the work truck home with the bosses permission this is the kind of campy this is all facts and can be backed up thank you
