Normally no issues with there car washes but today went in no hitch in mirrors folded in and the arm struck my vehicle 4 times on the tailgate handle of my truck causing it to pop out of position and hopefully never broke anything told the clerk to shut it down because it hit my truck multiple times he did but never asked about damage to my truck or nothing just printed me a new wash and said good bye not even a sorry
I’ve been to a lot of the coop car washes around GP and this one was the worst. Sat in line for about 25 minutes, they only had one bay open and it was the middle of the day. When I got in, the machine had a broken nozzle so it was spraying a very concentrated amount of water…I was worried it was gonna wreck my paint. The rails were screaming as the machine moved around my vehicle, and it didn’t even wash all the soap off my car. I like the coop car washes but this one could do better:(
Probably the worst automatic touchless car wash in town. It did not get the road grime off of my Pick up. It wasn't actually touchless. Because it rubbed the front end of my car a couple times through its process. We'll never go back there.
