The receptionists were kind! I’m sure they replaced the old ones since then because they weren’t the reviews were at all. The others were very nice and helpful too. I had to go there for a physical for my job.
Stay away from this spot !!! Since my first initial visits Jennifer Khin has been very unprofessional and rude . First she doesnt care about the patients she’s literally there for a check. She would check me and disregard everything I said to her about my pain. Its until I stood up for myself and demanded MRI’s and Physical therapy that anything was done . I've been going here for about 2 years. The staff are attentive and understanding. I read the past reviews and are no longer valid. Those young ladies no longer work there. The new staff are friendly and helpful.
They are terrible here. The Physician Assistances will not listen to any grievance you have and/or concerns when addressing your injuries. They will gaslight you despite other medical professional opinions and medical diagnosis. Jennifer K. was extremely unprofessional and told me “you don’t have evidence of any medical ailments” so she wouldn't be dismissing me from work despite my disclosures and “evidence”.
