They are terrible here. The Physician Assistances will not listen to any grievance you have and/or concerns when addressing your injuries. They will gaslight you despite other medical professional opinions and medical diagnosis. Jennifer K. was extremely unprofessional and told me “you don’t have evidence of any medical ailments” so she wouldn't be dismissing me from work despite my disclosures and “evidence”. I didn’t have to wait as long as I thought I would (I read reviews) but I still sat there for about 45 minutes. I drove 1.5 hours just to do a drug and TB test. They have you check in, make you sign some papers, and tell you sit down but don’t tell you how long the wait is. There was only 2 other people waiting in the lobby so I thought I could get my testing done quick. When you come in, be prepared to wait.
The customer service is super terrible and the wait time is super unreasonable I came in today at 10 30 and I left at 1 when there was only 3 people in the building shut this place down!!!!
Brought my son here to get a TB test for his City of Stockton Youth job, It smelled like strong breath, No ventilation what so ever just stagnant air quality which can get people sick, They are Ridiculously SLOW.
