Had an urgent care appointment because I was in extreme pain for a very common and easily treated issue that I have been previously diagnosed with. Mr. Co provided what I would say is the minimal care that is legally required of him. He disregarded everything that I was saying as if I enjoy taking time off work to waste my day at Kaiser and pretend I’m in pain. Luckily I got a second opinion from a great doctor who even offered to refer me to a specialist to prevent this from happening again as any good doctor would do.
