Better trained staff fitting eye wear. Three strikes you are out.
The glasses I bought from them (over $500) were NOT acceptable. Twice Dr. Co said she would reimburse me for them, but when time came to do that she reimbursed me for the Lenses only... with a notation that some office warranty prevented her from covering the frames. I never saw any 'office warranty' -- She might be an acceptable surgeon... but not a good business person. When I originally picked up the glasses they were in the wrong frame. They DID change the lenses to another frame--but it was not the one originally chosen... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Co for years and her and her office are great. I would recommend her to anyone. I see her again next week....
My mom has gone to Dr. Co for years, she has always been kind and helpful. After reading some bad reviews here, I went with my mom to see how it was. The office is clean and well lite. Yes there were small dogs there, I would never have known had it not been break time. I did not hear nor see them until they were walked through the area. They were extremely well behaved/trained pups. As for the office staff being rude, they were not rude to me.
