Always had quick response when we needed it the most. I was very impressed with how kind and easy to work with she was as we rented. Would recommend Virginia to anyone looking for a very reliable property management.
We had our ups and downs with the owners but the management was amazing. We rented for a year and enjoyed Virginia being easy to reach, easy to communicate with and thorough on checkout. We got our deposit back no problem and if you are going to rent with realistic expectations Coexist is the way to go.
