Horrible experience with wanting to get my car serviced. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics and the customer service of this place is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone coming here…
Coco Auto Repair is a joke. The guy just sits around, couldn’t care less, and when you call with a question he snaps “make a decision, I’m busy.” Rude, arrogant, and completely useless. Add in his hidden costs and tricks, and it’s clear this place survives by cheating people. Avoid this dump unless you actually enjoy being scammed.
Scam mechanic he will try charge prices for things you don’t need. Then he charges 200 for $80 tyres with all these service fees. Then when you say you don’t want them he tells you he started to take the wheels off and charges you $50 per tyre. Don’t come here he used to be good I was loyal for 10 years but now he’s just another crook Mechanic. I used to recommend him to all my friends and family. Now I tell them to find a better mechanic. I hope the $200 was worth it :)
