Long time no visit I took classes here years ago, but moving to Watertown made the drive unbearable and impossible during winter etc. I loved the energy here and the classes always pumped me up for more practice. Now do my practice at home but am pregnant and would love some modification refreshers. I will definitely be hitting up a class since I moved back to the area to finish massage school. I also loved that they offered other classes like wellness and belly dancing. Always great memories here.
Horrible!!! Not sure where Rhea went (though I suspect that review was written by CNY Yoga themselves). Worst yoga studio I have EVER visited! The teacher was rude and VERY critical - not trying to help with poses, rather telling us "you are doing it wrong", rolling her eyes and humiliating people in front of the entire class! It was awful! And the owner is just obnoxious. When I tried to talk to her about my experience, she got snippy with me, like it was my fault! What happened to the customer is always right?!?
