Do NOT take your animal here. We have beeen going here for 10 years and just found out that the vet (Dr.Davis) we loved and have always seen retired over a year ago. We were never notified. In the past month we have spent so much money because our pooe pup is in agony. He has lost 20+ lbs, he has patches of fur missing, and he digs himself til he literally bleeds. And they have done NOTHING to help. Told us nothing was wrong, just allergies. We gave him benadry, medicated baths, antibiotics for infections because of the open... read more

Love love love Dr. Joe. He was wonderful to our late big black cat, Squeaky and now to kitten Alfie. I would not bring my babies to anyone else.
Before Dr. John Davis retired and sold this practice, the care was excellent and office staff was friendly and helpful. Now...just another corporate "factory". My dog takes Proin daily. Dr. Davis said refills would not be a problem while we were out of the country. I just tried to get a refill, refused. I explained that my dog was not able to come in because she is in a different country, too bad. So now she has no medication and must do without. I was a long time user of this vet. When doctor Davis was there I didn’t have a bad thing to say about the practice. Great kind hearted people. Now a days it’s Completely different. You can tell sense he sold out it’s a corporate conglomerate. They don’t care about the animals, and you sit on hold for hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I find out that of comparable quality of when Dr. Davis on the place. If I were you move along and don’t give them any of your business.
I brought my sick dog to you and Doctor L diagnosed him with pancreatitis. I was given meds for him that I had to force down my dogs throat for 20 days. When my pup showed signs of distress, I called your office. I was told that you would speak to the vet and call me back. THAT never happened. I took my dog to the emergency hospital. He did not have pancreatitis. He had a huge cancerous tumor in his stomach and it had spread to his lungs. For several years, he was being treated for Cushings disease. Guess what ? ZERO For you. Dr. Davis leaves and your new staff treated me like trash. 1 1/2 hrs til close and you could care less my pup was sick. Money Hungry , don’t give a crap about her.I been coming since 1999 /2000 and continued but NO MORE and will pass the word. Your staff / girls are rude and obnoxious. Your groomer is horrible and besides Dr Scott the rest of you need to learn some compassion.
