CNY Pro Wash recently made the white railings on my deck look like the day they were installed. I did not have high hopes for a great outcome as they were really stained with mildew, etc. Amazing Job and I couldn't be more pleased!

I hired CNY ProWash to power wash the mold and mildew off the back of my house and garage which had gotten quite bad. They did an excellent job and it looks like new. Quick service and reasonable. I will definitely hire again and recommend them.

I have used them twice. First time they did a decent job. Second time it didn’t even look like they cleaned the patio. There is still moss all over it. Roger was always polite so I called to let him know. We agreed that although it was attempted to be cleaned they didn’t get the moss off and when I went to re-schedule he ignored all my emails and phone calls for over a week. So I have stopped calling and instead I wrote this. Don’t expect anything to be corrected if they do a bad job. I would say find a different company.

I chose CNY Prowash because of the excellent customer service provided. Roger was great, he answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about his company and service. He was also very professional, helpful and responsive. My home looks great. I'm in awe of how my deck looks now. I didn't think that was possible to have it looking nice, again. Roger and his team made this an easy and overall great experience. I will recommend CNY Prowash to everyone.
