great company to work with
My husband needed to have a spinal fusion so we looked at our options for renting a hospital bed for recovery at home. The staff at CNY Medical suggested renting a Lift Chair instead because of the size of my living room and to help my husband stand up, which the hospital bed could not do. We ended up purchasing a lift chair instead of renting one, and he absolutely loves the chair. Thank you CNY for your help!!
Our family has gratefully relied on CNY Medical for years. While Tim G is kind and helpful the billing department woman, Cindy, is rude and disrespectful. Our wheelchair was held by his rude woman for nearly 6 months with nothing more than rude comments and a “I-refuse to apologize for your insurance company” comment. Cindy was not at all understanding towards our predicament while trying to get my daughter’s wheelchair before school starts (she had nothing but an oversized hospital chair to help her keep somewhat mobile).
