It is incredible to me that a company with 3 branches was a no show for appointments There are 5 people waiting for appointments and the office is closed. They can text reminders about appointments don’t have the courtesy to advise they closed due to weather Total BS
I was there 12/5/25, scheduled for dexa bone scan, mammogram and sonogram. The ultrasound and mammogram women were fantastic. They were nice, funny to make uncomfortable situation comfortable and professional. The radiologist that gave me the results was very nice and Informative !!!! Definitely hope all three are there next year!!!! Front desk was also very nice , efficient and professional too!!!!
Didn't take long and the technicians were nice and quick
The front desk cannot answer a question, whoever answers the phone has no clue how to speak professionally, nor do they know how to look up information or who to ask to get the answer for you. The radiologist I had was rude and condescending. Billed for 2 mammograms because they needed 4 more pictures. No disclosure that they would be double billing.
