Called multiple times to get new masks. They said they would ship and never did. I swapped suppliers and have been happy since.

They were great at getting my CPAP to me in a timely manner, but you need to call to get new supplies if you actually want new supplies each month. After a call, they send me supplies. However, they sent me the wrong mask. I called them and they had the right mask on file for me, but sent the wrong one. Edit: they delivered the correct order same day. Excellent customer service.
They need to train there Employees on Customer service and how to handle people on Medicare and/or Medicaid
