The movers have done significant damage to the building staircase and railing while carrying a sofa. The reason the damage occur, is because the so called "movers" had absolutely no idea of moving. They did confirm it is their first day. Both of the helpers were inexperienced. Experienced mover would have known how to bring a sofa down the stairs. I recently moved with CNS MOVING SERVICE , and I had a really good experience. You always hear terrible stories and I was not sure that it was a good idea, but my wife talked me into it. The guy that answered the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions, even more than I thought of. Just a note of thanks for your services on Saturday. George and Said are wonderful guys. They arrived early and could not have been more courteous, helpful, and professional. I had a horrible experience the last time I moved and was full of anxiety as the morning of this move arrived. As soon as they introduced themselves, smiled, and went to work ? I calmed down.
