They swooped in ahead of schedule (by ten minutes) and succeeded in running a long-overdue (my bad) maintenance and descaling effort on our Navien. Leo, Michael & CNS company were excellent.

Our HVAC system was getting old and outdated. We got a few referrals and bid it out to about 3-5 companies. Charlie at CNS bid and gave us two different system offers. He was the only one who spent hours on the phone with us going over every detail of what we should get and why based on our house configuration.
