Great service, fixed our cooling issue.
I was very happy with the service I received from CNS. The office staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. On the day my new ac unit was installed the men arrived early and did an outstanding job with the installation with minimal disruption. Most importantly they cleaned up before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone needing ac service.
CNS came by yesterday to service our HVAC system. Very professional, no delays, arrived within the scheduled time frame and also was easy to find an appointment. Prices were fair and aligned with market rate but just appreciated how easy they made everything. Will definitely be working with them again in the future!
Sadly our experience with the team is lack of professionalism and care. They made several mistakes cutting the vents through the ceiling. Constantly giving the impression of cutting corners and doing it "quick and dirty" in presence of alternative options. At least 2 of the 4 workmen trashed the house while laughing and joking around. They ignored using the designated bathroom. Despite direct request re work in baby room, they threw (judging by placement of items) half the baby items out the closet, left the other half cover... read more
