Can’t get in contact with anyone or even a supervisor to get my son some help . It’s been weeks and weeks after intake . Even reached out the the program director . Save yourself the stress and time
They have worked with my son since he was 3 and are very patient and caring with him
Very dissatisfying experience with this location. My appointed case manager (C. Jackson) was very negligent and unprofessional when it came to my needs. I found myself providing repetitive information because said case worker seemingly lost or didn’t record important information efficiently. There absolutely was no sense of urgency during my dealings with CNS. C. Jackson failed to follow up with phone calls and case of events in a timely matter.
