My son was with another therapy place. They said his numbers was too high so he supposed to have in-home therapy the lady came out a couple of times then, after that, she started wanting to meet with him in the car. His behaviors are still off the chain. His doctor said he’s need a behavior specialist and to see a psychiatrist they told me they didn’t have a behavior specialist that they had to reach out and find one that was a year ago so it was a waste of time for my son to have home therapy through them. I really enjoy bringing my daughter here. It feels as if they genuinely care about us. We were dumped by Generations Wellness after a year and a half because they no longer worked with our county. This greatly affected my daughter and she felt a sense of abandonment. CNS took us in quickly and we have now started a new therapy plan. Very thankful for Shanda!
Don't waste your time! Brought my son here. Was told he needed and intake. We did it. Just to be told that appointment wasn't needed. Then they tried to schedule another 2 hr..intake. got my case manager to talk to them because it doesn't make sense. They assured us both the next appointment would be for his care plan and goal so he can talk to the counsler soon..nope! It was to sign consent forms..even showed them the text from the coordinator confirm what that appointment was supposed to be. Was assured at this form signin... read more
do not come here. they are incredibly unprofessional, their staff is awful all they do is lie around peoples questions/push people to voicemail when wanting a appt. do better.
