I do not recommend this place. This company needs to be held accountable for how it handles people’s cases, especially those relying on Community Services and disability support. From my experience, there is a serious lack of attention, follow-through, and responsibility. I spoke directly to a supervisor about ongoing issues, and nothing was done. I unfortunately switched from TTI's lethargy to CNS's apathy. 1st appointment has to be in person... So, straight out of the gate, the driver never showed and lied. My phone rang 1 time and call ended before I could answer. No voicemail, No text, ID simply said "restricted" so I couldn't call back, no clue if it was the driver or a robo call? Super incompetent. Staff doesn’t know how to fill out basic paperwork.
I like the new building !
They do nothing but give you a case manager that then says go find your own therapist, we have a waiting list for overs year. Did absolutely nothing but charge insurance. Also books appointments that I never had knowledge of do they could get paid for missed appointments. Complete insurance fraud!! Stay away, much better services out there!!
