Super incompetent. Staff doesn’t know how to fill out basic paperwork.
I like the new building !
They do nothing but give you a case manager that then says go find your own therapist, we have a waiting list for overs year. Did absolutely nothing but charge insurance. Also books appointments that I never had knowledge of do they could get paid for missed appointments. Complete insurance fraud!! Stay away, much better services out there!!
Had emergency they walked me through the process and made sure I was taken care of. I will go in more detail when I finish thank you Troy P.
