My appointment was at 11 am I signed In 10 minutes early didn't get seen until 3/3:30
I came in for an initial consultation with Jerry. The gentleman has a masters in social work. It was gonna be a two hour questionnaire fill out to see how they could help me best. He was one of the nicest, kindest, most gentle and patient professionals I’ve spoken with in a while. I get to see a psychiatrist this Friday coming up. I’m looking forward to it and expecting to get results that are needed
Been with CNS healthcare since 2017. Great care professional staff especially my peer counselor and bhh nurse. Don't really care for my case manager and the staff on team m at the Waterford office seems like they are one sided and really don't listen carefully compared to the people I've worked with in the past. Trying to get switched to new team and case manager but am stuck. Still appreciate everyone at CNS in Waterford Michigan thanks for your help.
A comforting place to be! Kind and genuine staff. They do everything they can to help you. Above and beyond even. Thoughtful, compassionate care. They offer free transportation to make sure you make your appointments. You can even bring home a free book if you so choose! I really love this place!
