Dr. Nelson and the entire team are awesome! CNOS is customer service focused and very efficient from scheduling my first appointment to seeing Dr. Nelson to address my concerns. Well done Dr. Nelson and the entire team at CNOS for a great experience!

Terrible!! Every single visit here to see Dr Phisitkol has been awful! We have waited at least 1 hour (many times over this) to see him despite having the first visit of the day. We wonder why we even schedule an appointment time as it doesn’t seem to mean anything here. I know doctors are important people but I truly don’t believe their time is any more important than mine. I feel it is extremely rude and inconsiderate to maintain such a practice. We have been here 4 times and this experience has been consistent!!
Wouldnt even give me an idea what was happening with me neurologically. No definitive answers so I am left in limbo. My neurological symptoms are impacting my everyday life. Really didn’t listen to my symptoms. Talked over me. All I wanted to know is what is happening to me & couldn’t give me an answer. My symptoms are getting debilitating for me to continue my career & life skills but I got impression oh well.
