After being shafted by the Oral Surgeon and the Pain management clinic, I can honestly say the Dunes are a Terrible place to get care. My father, Harold Bomgaars, helped build St. Luke's hospital and was on the board for many years. Yet, even I cannot get decent health care in Sioux City. What a shambles this city has become.
I’m always waiting at least 40 minutes or more until the Dr sees me. I’m either sitting in the waiting room or in one of the offices. I arrive early and am considerate of their time. I work too and take my lunch time and PTO time to make this appointment since I live 30 minutes away. It would be great to have the same consideration of my time.
Always Nice People
I had a great experience with all the personnel at Dakota Dunes CNOS. Dr. Rettedal and his Staff provided excellent care with not only my surgery, but with concern, attention to detail and answers to my questions with my ongoing aftercare as well.
