CNOS meets and exceeds my needs and expectations.
They shared someone else’s medical records with my employer not once but twice while trying to get FMLA completed. My HR rep had to threaten HIPPA violations. They have overcharged me repeatedly. I have zero balance and they keep charging me! They sent one reimbursement check already and continued to charge me. ***Update Dr. Klopper made things right. Took matters into his own hands and Becky contacted me and they are doing a investigation. They assured me that they would go above and beyond to make things safe.
Dr. Nelson and the entire team are awesome! CNOS is customer service focused and very efficient from scheduling my first appointment to seeing Dr. Nelson to address my concerns. Well done Dr. Nelson and the entire team at CNOS for a great experience!
