Always super nice people working there. Very happy with all the doctors there . They are Great
Staff at cnos is very considerate helpful and kind the doctors are excellent and they are concerned about your well-being
Terrible!! Every single visit here to see Dr Phisitkol has been awful! We have waited at least 1 hour (many times over this) to see him despite having the first visit of the day. We wonder why we even schedule an appointment time as it doesn’t seem to mean anything here. I know doctors are important people but I truly don’t believe their time is any more important than mine. I feel it is extremely rude and inconsiderate to maintain such a practice. We have been here 4 times and this experience has been consistent!!
Wouldnt even give me an idea what was happening with me neurologically. No definitive answers so I am left in limbo. My neurological symptoms are impacting my everyday life. Really didn’t listen to my symptoms. Talked over me. All I wanted to know is what is happening to me & couldn’t give me an answer. My symptoms are getting debilitating for me to continue my career & life skills but I got impression oh well.
We were at CNOS for my daughter's broken foot. She had to have surgery and we were doing a follow up. Unfortunately, due to being on call for work and other time constraints. We had to move up our appointment to the morning instead of afternoon. Dr. Rettedels staff were more than willing to make the change for us. Another challenge was we had a 10 week old GSD puppy with us(his vet appointment was right before my daughter's new morning appointment and it was also 70 miles in the opposite direction.
