It’s a Good thing that this place is closing!!!! I called and told the person that answered the phone that my ETA was 2:17 PM while my actual appointment was for 2:00 PM. I asked if I should reschedule and the CR said they could see me if I get there by 2:15 PM. I walked in the door right at 2:15 PM and walked up to the window to announce my arrival to only find out that they didn’t have an Order for me. Dr Da've is a great listener & Neurologist
I was seen about 14 months ago for severe pain. They gave me a nerve test. They claimed that they saw absolutely nothing on the nerve test. This made me think it was all in my head, I have been suffering every single day in severe pain for over a year! Recently went to another doctor in another state. The did another nerve test...And they have diagnosed me with substantial nerve damage ago carpenal tunnel. CNMRI made me suffer for over a year! Terrible terrible. I feel like the care there is just a money grab.
Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They are prompt with appointments. We have never waited more than 10 minutes to see the Dr.
Would not recommend. This is the second time someone has not put my appointment into the system and I'm a new patient. Not a great way to start off. My PCP will be sending me elsewhere.
