Our experience with CNG Pitstop started out okay, with them diagnosing the issue over the phone and stating they could clean or replace the filter and get the check engine light off for approx $150. They even offered to have one of their technicians pick up the vehicle closer to our home up in Layton and take it to their facility. Unfortunately, they ended up charging us closer to $400 with out prior authorization and returned our GMC Yukon with a cracked windshield. I've had a CNG conversion in my '05 Grand Cherokee for 18 months not. My first contact with CNG Pitstop was to get a bid and see if they could install the system in 2.5 days so we could take the vehicle to Disney Land. He pulled it off and even stayed late to complete the job. The system performed flawless. Here we are 18 months later and I was having some problems with the hardware. CNG Pitstop does great work and is very helpful. We had our Suburban converted by CNG Pitstop over a year ago. This week the check engine light came on while running on CNG. It kept coming on while operating on CNG but did not come on while operating on Gasoline. This made me think it was a CNG issue. Because I was leaving on a trip 2 days later, CNG Pitstop squeezed me into their schedule that same day. When I drove up, Mike came right out and hooked up his tester. Had a great experience with CNG Pitstop. Gary & Mike worked hard to make sure my truck was tuned and working at optimal performance. I had my 2012 Ram 2500 converted to bi fuel by CNG Pitstop after another local company tried converting it and couldn't get it running right. After the other company failed to offer "solutions" to the problems I was having I had CNG Pitstop uninstall the other companies system and install theirs and it works great. Installed CNG on 2004 Buick Rendezvous in February 2014. It worked GREAT until the pressure sensor went out. Gary troubleshoot it in 5 minutes and had me on my way in 10 minutes at no charge. These guys are great and I would recommend them to my mother. Thanks guys!
