5 stars doesn't say enough. Storm damage caused our meter base to need replaced and on the day before a scheduled induction. Charles was able to come out within a couple hours and had everything done so that we had power back before dark. He even checked to see if we needed a generator while repairs were being made. To top everything off, he reached out a couple days later to check on how our newborn was doing. We can not describe how thankful we are for his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Charles is the best we had no water in the house because the hot water tank started leaking, told him about it late Friday night and before noon Saturday we had a new hot water tank and he fixed a bad faucet on our bathtub shower, and installed a new outdoor faucet, the price was really reasonable also.
