Called set an appointment for day off. Received a follow up voicemail saying 9am would be the time they were coming, a day later no one comes. I call they say they called because they were coming the day before.... So I don't answer my door no one calls to see why I'm not home or to check the schedule?! Such BS and horrible customer service
We had an issue that was missed by one electrician, and then Kevin Walsh came out. Not only did he take the time to truly diagnose what was wrong, he walked us through every step of the process, going above and beyond to fix multiple issues that he found in his evaluation. He spent more than 5 hours here with us to ensure that we were safe and everything was back in working order as it should be. Thank you for employing such a great customer service-oriented individual!
